The Shadow Executive
The Conservative Group is the main opposition to the slight majority Liberal Democrat group. They operate 7 Shadow Executive roles that mirror the portfolios of the Executive Committee.
Each of the members of the Shadow Executive acts as Conservative Group spokesman for their respective portfolios. The Shadow Executive seeks to hold the Executive Committee to account for their decisions and policies.
